What is a Unique Student Identifier (USI)?

A USI is your individual education number for life. It also gives you an online record of your VET training undertaken in Australia.

If you study at university, TAFE or doing other nationally recognised training delivered by a registered training organisation (RTO), it is mandatory to have a USI. We are only able to issue your Statement of Attainment once we have received all personal details required including the USI.
